Cóż... duża część odpowiedzi na to pytanie jest na tym wątku w moim chyba pierwszym poście, w którym streszczam fragment książki Ruiza. Podstawowy lęk to lek o to jak nas widzą inni i czy w związku z tym zasługujemy na ich miłość. To lęk pierwotny, moim zdaniem i nie tylko, któremu są podporządkowane wszystkie pozostałe lęki.

Tak bardzo boimy się naszych ciemnych stron, które, o ironio, nadają sens naszemu istnieniu jako przeciwieństwo tego czym w rzeczywistości jesteśmy, że aby je ukryć już nie tylko przed otoczeniem ale i przed sobą samym, jesteśmy gotowi sobie zrobić krzywdę.

I tu odpowiedź w pewnym sensie na pytanie wioli173, dostrzec je, zaakceptować, nie stawiać oporu tylko pokochać siebie jako jedną doskonałą całość.

Wiem, wiem, pięknie się pisze tylko jak przychodzi co do czego to kurrrrrwa doopa.

Przestanie być doopa, kiedy uwolnimy się od następnego pierwotnego uczucia, związanego z ocena naszych rodziców i z tym, że mamy być ich WIZYTÓWKĄ... czyli tym kim w istocie, jako kompletnie odrębne byty, nie jesteśmy... nieprawdaż Moniko? Szkoła Montessorii się kłania.

Miałam na myśli to ,że jestem odrębnym bytem, nie mam problemu z uwolnieniem się od rodziców , ich oceną itd , a i tak mam ze sobą problemy:(

With sword and spear destroy the alien. With cannon shot and gun blast smash the alien. With laser beam and searing plasma scatter the alien to the stars. With tooth and fist and hammer blows, with axe and shell and poison-bombs, with virus-charge and thermal mines!
