A ja sobie wmawiam obecnie jakiegoś guza mózgu...

Czy mam depresję? Niedawno zerwałam kontakt z osobą którą kochałam... Mój dziwny stan trwa już od ponad roku... 4 dni temu leciutko się skaleczyłam. Ranka nie paprze się a ja panikuję, że złapię tężec. Panicznie boję się chorób, zamartwiam się kiedy boli mnie głowa, najmniejszy ból którejkolwiek części ciała doprowadzam do ogromnej rangi, boję się, że umrę a nikt mi nie pomoże... Boję się... Proszę poradźcie coś... Wiem, że forum to nie miejscem, że powinnam iść do psychologa/psychiatry... Ale nie umiem...
